Returns & Exchanges

As two mums we recognise that kids come in all shapes and sizes and despite your best efforts, sometimes we just don't quite get it right. Just like the days we cut the toast in squares and not triangles we know these issues need to be fixed. 

At Brashies we are more than happy to exchange sizes of unworn garments and offer a 60 days return policy. If you would like to change your size please send your original, undamaged and unworn item to:

Please include your packing slip (or a note) with your new size AND colour requirement and we will have your new item shipped free of charge as soon as possible. 

If you are not happy or have changed your mind we do also offer a store credit within 60 days for any undamaged and unworn items. Please be sure to stipulate in your returned satchel that a credit needs to be processed. Please be sure to refer to our full Refund Policy details here.
