As two mums, we understand that kids come in all shapes and sizes—and sometimes, despite your best efforts, things just don’t fit quite right. Just like the days when toast is cut into squares instead of triangles, we get that some things need fixing!

At Brashies, we’re happy to help.

👙 Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on unworn, undamaged items within 60 days of purchase. Simply post the original item to:

Be sure to include your packing slip (or a note) with your new size and colour request. We’ll ship your replacement item free of charge as soon as possible.

📦 Store Credit
Changed your mind or not quite what you expected?
We offer store credit for any unworn, undamaged items returned within 60 days of purchase. Please include a note stating that you’d like a store credit, and we’ll email you a code once your return is processed.

Important: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

⚠️ Sale Items
Please note: All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds however do offer a store credit within 30 days. Any discontinued items we regretfully do NOT offer exchanges, refunds or store credit.
